Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kavilan. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at support@velledo.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@velledo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and final-sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
