Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kavilan. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times & rates

Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery time estimates do not include the order processing time above.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to its destination.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@velledo.com and we will help resolve the issue.
