Emergency Thermal Blanket

The cheapest insurance in the bag. It reflects your own body heat back at you, and it works whether you are sitting out a power cut at home or stuck on the roadside.

  • Reflects up to 90% of radiated body heat
  • Windproof and waterproof, so it doubles as a ground sheet or a shelter
  • Folds down to the size of a phone and weighs almost nothing
  • One per person, and one per car

Check it once a year. The foil creases and thins with age.
